This User Data Deletion Policy (the “Policy”) outlines the procedures and mechanisms established by Insta-Games (“IG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to ensure the lawful, transparent, and secure deletion of user data upon request, in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

Scope

This Policy applies to all users of IG’s services, applications, and games available on iOS and Android platforms (the “Services”) who request the deletion of their personal data. It also applies to any personal data retained by IG in connection with the Services.

User Rights to Data Deletion

Users have the right to request the deletion of their personal data in accordance with the following legal provisions:

• GDPR (Article 17) – Right to erasure (“Right to be forgotten”).
• CCPA (Section 1798.105) – Right to request deletion of personal information.

Procedure for Submitting a Data Deletion Request

Users may submit a data deletion request by contacting us through any of the following methods:

• Email. Submit a request to [email protected] with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.”
• In-App Settings. Navigate to the “Privacy” or “Account Settings” section within the applicable IG Service and select the data deletion option.
• Written Request. Users may also submit a written request to our registered address: 1085 SS Erin Rd, Debe, Trinidad West Indies.

Users must provide sufficient information to verify their identity, which may include the following:

1. Full Name
2. Registered Email Address
3. User ID or Account Number
4. Details regarding the data requested for deletion

Verification of Identity

To ensure the security of user data and prevent unauthorized deletion requests, IG may take reasonable steps to verify the identity of the requestor. This may include requiring additional information, such as confirmation of past transactions, security questions, or other appropriate measures.

Processing of Data Deletion Requests

Upon successful verification of the user’s identity, IG will process the data deletion request within 30 days of receipt, unless an extension is required by applicable law. Users will receive a confirmation upon completion of the deletion process.

Please note the following exceptions under which data may be retained despite a deletion request:

• Legal Obligations. Where IG is required to retain data to comply with legal obligations.
• Contractual Requirements. Data necessary for the performance of contractual obligations.
• Security and Fraud Prevention. Data retained to detect and prevent security incidents or fraudulent activities.
• Internal Use. Anonymized or aggregated data that does not personally identify users may be retained for legitimate business purposes.

Consequences of Data Deletion

Once a data deletion request is processed:

• Users may lose access to their accounts, along with any associated data, progress, or virtual items.
• Data deleted cannot be recovered.
• Certain residual data may remain in backup storage for a limited period (up to 90 days) for security, legal, or technical reasons, after which it will be permanently deleted.

Third-Party Data Deletion

Where applicable, IG shall notify third-party service providers or partners to delete user data they hold on behalf of IG, in accordance with their own data deletion policies.

Appeals and Complaints

If users are dissatisfied with the processing of their data deletion request, they may:

• Contact IG’s Data Protection Officer at [email protected].
• Lodge a complaint with a relevant supervisory authority under GDPR or a competent authority under CCPA.

Policy Updates

IG reserves the right to amend this Policy as necessary to comply with applicable laws or reflect changes in our data processing practices. Users will be notified of any material changes to this Policy.
